Terms & Conditions
- 10% surcharge on all departures during the Christmas and New Year holiday season.
- 10% of tariff for infant upto 5 years of age. 50% of the ticket cost for children between 5 and 12 years of age. (Age proof of children at the time of issuance of tickets is to be furnished).
- Service Tax @ 2.58% to be levied on the tariff of the Palace on Wheels.
- In addition to the tariff, USD 15 per person will be charged against the payment of commercial taxes.
Inclusions:-
- The tariff is inclusive of travel, catering, and conducted sightseeing, entrance fee at monuments, parks, palaces, cultural programs, camel ride at Jaisalmer, boat ride at Udaipur, and even rickshaw ride at Bharatpur.
Exclusions:-
- The tariff is exclusive of liquor, tips, laundry, telephone calls, video camera fees, and business car facilities.
Booking Policy:-
Followed in case of Independent Travelers
- At the time of confirming the booking - 50% of ticket value to be paid
- 60 days prior to departure - remaining 50% of ticket value to be paid
Followed in case of Group Travelers
- At the time of confirming the booking - 50% of ticket value to be paid
- 75 days prior to departure - remaining 50% of ticket value to be paid
Cancellation Policy:-
- All cancellations to be intimated of by Fax or email. Refund will be made on the basis of the departure days left for departure:
In case of Independent Travelers
- 90% of ticket value to be returned - 60 days prior to departure
- 75% of ticket value to be returned - 30-59 days prior to departure
- 0% of ticket value to be returned - Less than 30 days before departure
In case of Groups Travelers
- 85% of ticket value to be returned - 60 days prior to departure
- 0% of ticket value to be returned - 0 to 59 days prior to departure
